In his presentation at ORGATEC, Vaughn Tan talks about how organizations can benefit from learning to move from a risk-taking mindset to an uncertainty mindset. He is convinced that organizations with an uncertainty mindset can understand how to sustain innovation over the long term only if they take a holistic approach.
