We are building a modern working environment for our employees – but they are not enthusiastic about it. How can companies inspire their employees to make the necessary and enriching changes to their working environment? Building a cool and modern office is not enough. People need more to be ready for change – and to stick with it.
In this workshop you will find out how ‘change ready’ your organisation is. Together we will discuss your position on the Change Maturity Model with its six dimensions: culture, structure, leadership, skills, communication and change management.
