For three days, combine Consulting will open its most entertaining pop-up office at the Work Culture Festival. Become part of the team and join us in tackling the big and small questions about the future of our working and living spaces.
In the combine workLAB you can experience a consultant’s day up close and get creative!
Consultants from combine Consulting will bring real projects to the library in Hall 6 and let you experience the development process – from briefing and brainstorming to process and quality checks and conception. Today’s workshop picks up on the topic of the morning’s combine panel: How can workplace strategists and HR managers work together to accompany the change and prepare employees so that they enjoy coming to the office? Together, we will work out how the tension between the mobile office and the office can be addressed. And we explain how demands to return to the office more often can be experienced not as a duty, but as a choice, by creating meaningful encounters and occasions there. Manuel Stabenow, Head of Change Management, and Laura Lükemann, Change Consultant at combine, will present strategies for managers to utilise the shared presence in the office in a profitable way and thus create added value for everyone involved beyond mere presence.
Immerse yourself in the everyday life of a consultant and take away valuable insights for your own work organisation!
