Eve Wilkinson-Bell Founding Partner Ditt Officemakers

Mattijs is founding partner of Ditt Officemakers, one of the leading design&build forms of The Netherlands.

He heads up the commercial and creative side of the business and has been doing zo for the past 17 years. Ditts main focus is on The Netherlands, but is also slowly moving into the German Market. As a member of Studio Alliance, A European collective of Design&Build firms, international collaborations are becoming more and more frequent.  Recently Ditt have acquired their B‑Corp certification.  With a background in Hotel Management and Hospitality, Mattijs has a developing interest in how this industry and real estate can benefit from each other.

He first put this in practice with the development of “Het Nieuwe Kantoor” and in later stages of his career with the redevelopment of buildings and collaborations with even more business centre concepts. Last year he delivered a new concept called Hoff (Hotel/ Office) for an experienced group of flexible operating entrepreneurs.  This is truly a 5‑star experience and comes really close to a hotel, you only cannot sleep there.  A new concept is in the making and will be delivered in the beginning of 2026. Mattijs likes to share these kind of experiences and stories combined with his belief in “Great Offices, Happy People”.
