Birgit Gebhardt Trend expert and futurologist

Birgit Gebhardt is a trend expert and futurologist. She develops well-founded visions of the future and translates social and economic developments into concrete scenarios. In her book ‘2037: Our Everyday Life in the Future,’ she outlined a scenario for society in 25 years’ time for the Körber Foundation.

After several years as managing director of Trendbüro, she has been researching and advising on new models of networked working and business since 2012. Her clients include Beiersdorf, Recaro, Swisscom, UBS and XING. In her studies on the New Work Order, she describes key areas of opportunity in the working world of tomorrow.

Birgit Gebhardt has been a member of various expert groups and committees focusing on work and society and is currently involved in the Munich Circle’s Future of Work working group and as a jury member for the XING New Work Awards.
