The Wherever Whenever – Work Culture Festival has been held every two years since 2024 as part of ORGATEC in Cologne, the leading international trade fair for workspace and contract solutions. In collaboration with IBA members, the festival brings together decision-makers, visionaries, international thought leaders, industry pioneers, innovative companies, and leading figures from architecture, design, human resources, technology, and the real estate sector. Through lectures, discussions, workshops, interactive formats, and immersive exhibitions, it creates space for new perspectives on the office, modern work environments, New Work, and the work culture of tomorrow.
