Three key insights can be drawn from the feedback on the first event: Firstly, a clearer understanding that working environments are always simultaneously spatial, technological and cultural projects, and only work when these aspects are considered together.

Secondly, concrete inspiration in the form of best practices, new spatial typologies, pilot projects and studies, for example on collaborative AI, the circular economy or new learning and innovation formats.

And thirdly: new relationships with partners with whom projects can be initiated, and with communities where the dialogue continues after the event. It is precisely this triad of content, experience and networking that the Wherever Whenever – Work Culture Festival 2026 revisits and develops further.
