The Wherever Whenever – Work Culture Festival brings together a number of communities: these include the architecture and design sector, which develops new types of spaces and working environments; the HR and people community, which is responsible for culture, leadership and the employee experience; as well as corporate real estate, facility management and IT, which lay the infrastructural and digital foundations.

They are complemented by research institutions, start-ups, tech providers and association representatives, who contribute regulatory and societal perspectives. The festival is conceived as a joint industry project of the IBA and its member companies.

Exhibitors open up their spaces as discussion forums, showcase concrete solutions and bring to life how working environments interact as cultural, spatial and organisational systems.
