Work environments are no longer created in silos, but through the interplay of various disciplines such as spatial planning, technology, human resources, organisation and brand management. Traditional networks within professional groups are reaching their limits here, as key questions – such as those relating to AI, the circular economy or hybrid collaboration – can only be answered through dialogue and by considering different perspectives.

The festival provides a setting in which exhibitors, visitors and programme participants can discuss topics together. In Halls 6 and 9, a marketplace atmosphere is created with stages, workshop areas, exhibitions and lounge areas. These facilitate encounters on equal terms and transform chance encounters into resilient networks.
