How do we want to work together tomorrow?

Artificial intelligence, hybrid collaboration, new expectations of leadership and the growing pressure for sustainability are forcing companies to ask fundamental questions: How do we organise work? What kind of spaces does collaboration require? And how do organisations remain culturally connected when work is increasingly carried out remotely?

The answers to these questions no longer emerge from individual disciplines. Architecture, HR, technology, organisation, design and corporate culture are all intertwined. Work environments are no longer simply a matter of office space or tools, but complex systems comprising space, technology and social practice.

This is precisely where the Wherever Whenever – Work Culture Festival comes in. As part of ORGATEC, it brings together the people who shape these systems: architects and designers, HR managers, workplace and real estate managers, IT experts, researchers, start-ups and corporate decision-makers. The festival does not see itself as a traditional conference, but as a marketplace for work culture. Within the halls of ORGATEC, spaces are created for discussions, workshops, installations and prototypes. Exhibitions become discussion spaces and stages become venues for interdisciplinary exchange.
