According to ASR A1.2, individual offices are classified as cellular offices. These are “typically arranged along the façade of the building and accessed via a shared corridor.”
In an individual office, each employee works in their own room. This office type is highly popular among many employees. It is particularly well suited to tasks that require a high level of confidentiality or deep concentration.

According to ASR A1.2, a room must have a minimum floor area of 8 m² to be used as an individual office.
